Roy Carmelly, born in Israel, has over 30 years of experience in global security. He holds a PhD in Security and Counterterrorism from York University, USA. With a background as a former Captain in the Israeli Special Forces and a former member of the Israeli Secret Service, he brings extensive experience to his roles. Roy has served as the former head of security at the Israeli Embassy in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, as well as in Mexico and the United States. He is currently the owner and CEO of IESS Group, a comprehensive security firm that has been operating for 25 years in Mexico, the United States, and Latin America.
