We offer private security for businesses and/or individuals on a temporary and full-time basis:

• Temporary Security: We provide this service to clients with one-day events or those seeking personal protection services. Temporary security services are billed at a higher rate than full-time services and require an upfront payment before the services are provided.

• Full-Time Security: We provide this service to clients looking to safeguard their businesses or properties. Full-time services cover security needs 24/7. GRUPO IESS can offer these services with a minimum 2-week contract and prior notice to recruit and train staff to meet your organization's security requirements.

GRUPO IESS is a fully licensed security agency to operate in Mexico.

Our team of on-site security guards undergoes continuous training in the following areas:

• Security and Surveillance: Observation techniques, patrolling, and access control to protect people, goods, and properties.
• Emergency Situation Management: Training in procedures for acting during emergencies, such as fires, evacuations, first aid, and crisis management.
• Legislation and Regulations: Knowledge of laws and regulations related to private security, human rights, use of force, and citizens' rights.

On-site security specializes in the protection of internal spaces in businesses, condominiums, and residential buildings. This service covers strategic areas such as reception, parking lots, hallways, meeting rooms, loading and unloading areas, and common areas. Grupo IESS's on-site guards monitor and control access to these areas, providing comprehensive protection that prevents risks and ensures a safe and controlled environment within the premises.

The on-site security guards at Grupo IESS perform specific functions that enhance internal security:

Grupo IESS has the appropriate permits to provide services with the Permanent Federal Registration DGSP/161-11/1809, under the authorized modality: PRIVATE SECURITY IN THE CARE AND PROTECTION OF REAL PROPERTY, as well as Permit No. 3455 from the Public Security Secretariat to offer private security services in CDMX.

Grupo IESS is a corporation that includes different companies and services such as Fixclean (professional cleaning services) and Training Center. For complementary services that require specific modalities, we work under a legal agreement with companies within the corporation that have the necessary permits.

Grupo IESS holds the corresponding permit through one of its subsidiaries to offer armed escorts, both fixed and occasional.

Services are visited daily in different shifts to ensure compliance with the instructions. Visits are recorded in the service log, which is reviewed and authorized by the client, and in the Operational Center logs, which operates 24/7, 365 days a year.
 For further control, if the client has CCTV that can be remotely monitored, it can be linked to our Operational Center (this is not a monitoring service) to perform random checks and verify service status.

Grupo IESS has general instructions for services that are adapted based on the client's needs. After signing the contract, it is sent to the coordinator to conduct a security analysis and prepare a specific confidential master plan for the client, with the client's supervision and approval. The main elements of the plan include:

• Basic and specific functions for positions (Supervisors, Service Chiefs, Shift Chiefs, Runners, Guards)
• Access control via security booth
• Emergency guidelines
• Identification of suspicious persons and vehicles
• Actions in the event of robbery, assault, or fire

Grupo IESS is a drug-free company, as all our employees undergo a drug test at the recruitment stage, which is included in the client's file. Random drug tests are performed bi-weekly.

In the event of theft or damage, Grupo IESS investigates with polygraph tests in collaboration with the client to determine responsibility. If the security team is found to be at fault, Grupo IESS covers the damage and pays the corresponding deductible through the client’s insurance. It is important to note that Grupo IESS recommends that clients have appropriate insurance for large-scale damages (fire, truck theft, etc.).

At the beginning of service, the Customer Service Department makes a call every two days to the administrator to ensure satisfaction with the service. If the response is negative, a report is made to the corresponding area for a prompt solution. After two weeks, calls are made every three days, and from the third week onwards, calls are made weekly to check service progress, compliance with instructions, and supervision.

Security personnel are trained internally, and the record is kept in their file (a copy can be sent to the client). However, no diploma is issued for initial or ongoing training, except for specific certifications such as first aid or driving courses.

We have Israeli instructors who are registered and accredited by the Israeli government. We also have Mexican trainers accredited by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare for conducting employee training.

Before starting their service, the staff receives training in three segments:

 a) General training
 b) Specific training based on their service instructions
 c) Physical training and self-defense (which is reinforced monthly)

As a comprehensive security company, we have a consulting department that develops a master security plan for the client based on an analysis conducted by our experts. This analysis can be done without hiring our security services and has a cost. If the security service (guard on-site) is contracted, the analysis, planning, and creation of instructions are included in the quotation.

The general profile was developed by a professional psychologist in conjunction with the General and Operational Management, based on field experience. It is important that the general profile is adapted to the client’s specific needs, and necessary adjustments are made based on the service.

The profile is constantly reviewed and supervised by the operational area (Director and Coordinators), the human resources department, and the client. For specific cases, recruiters select and compile information, which is then authorized by the Department Head.

The factors evaluated in the tests include personality traits, honesty, reliability, job stability, and drug use. Depending on the position, additional evaluations such as intellectual level, defense mechanisms, and polygraph tests are included. Results are obtained the same day.

The socioeconomic study starts with an interview comparing the information provided with the references given. A home visit is then conducted to interview family members and neighbors. The purpose of the visit is to verify that the person’s lifestyle aligns with their salaries and previous positions, in order to identify potential issues with addiction, corruption, or theft.

A qualitative rapid test for five substances (cocaine, marijuana, amphetamines, opiates, and methamphetamines) is performed and signed by the recruiter assigned to the personnel.

The result is reported by personality areas and trust levels and is signed and reviewed by one of our licensed psychologists from the human resources department.

All employees at Grupo IESS are insured from the first day at the Mexican Social Security Institute and receive their legal benefits starting the day they begin working with us.
